AITA for banning my mother-in-law from seeing my baby after she kissed her on the lips?

My husband (34M) and I (29F) just had our first child, a beautiful little girl named Ava. She’s only two weeks old. I made it very clear to everyone before she was even born—no kissing the baby. RSV, flu, herpes… newborns can get seriously sick from germs, and I wasn’t going to take any chances.
Well, guess who didn’t listen?
My mother-in-law (59F) came over to visit and was obsessed with Ava. She kept saying, “Oh, she’s my little princess! My little angel!” and honestly, I was already uncomfortable with how much she was hogging my baby. Then, right in front of me, she leans in and kisses Ava right on the lips.
I snatched my baby away and told her to leave. She started crying, saying, “I didn’t mean any harm! She’s my grandbaby!” My husband tried to defend her, saying she just got “carried away,” but I wasn’t having it.
I told her she’s banned from seeing Ava until she can respect my boundaries. Now my husband is saying I’m overreacting and his entire family is blowing up my phone, calling me heartless for keeping a grandmother from her grandchild.
But I don’t care. I told everyone: no kissing. She did it anyway.
AITA?
