AITA for secretly DNA testing my newborn after my wife’s coworker made a joke that the baby looked like him?

My wife (32F) and I (34M) have been together for eight years, married for five. We just had our first baby, and everything seemed perfect—until one of her coworkers made a joke at a party that completely messed with my head.
We were at a work event, and her coworker—a guy I always felt was a little too friendly with her—looked at our son and laughed, “Wow, he kinda looks more like me than you, man!”
Everyone laughed it off. I tried to brush it off too, but the more I thought about it, the more it nagged at me. Our baby has blonde hair and blue eyes. Neither my wife nor I do. I brought it up to my wife as a joke, and she got super defensive. She snapped, “You seriously think I’d cheat on you?” which wasn’t what I said at all. But her reaction made me more paranoid.
So, I ordered a DNA test behind her back.
The results came in. He’s mine. I felt so relieved… until my wife found the test kit in the trash.
She lost her mind. She screamed at me for not trusting her, said I betrayed her, and even called me “disgusting” for doubting her loyalty. She packed a bag and took the baby to her mom’s house. Now she won’t talk to me. Even her family is calling me a paranoid idiot, and her mom actually said, “She should make you take a lie detector test just to see how it feels.”
I keep telling myself it was just for my own peace of mind, but now I don’t know if I completely ruined my marriage over one dumb joke.
AITA?
