AITA for telling my dad his transition made my life hell?

I (16M) used to have a dad. A strong, dependable man who was my best friend. Then, when I was 14, he sat me down and told me he was transitioning into a woman. I thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. Within months, he changed his name to Lisa, started dressing as a woman, and even had some procedures done.

At home, my mom and older sister were super supportive. But at school? I was destroyed. I got bullied relentlessly—called slurs, mocked, even pushed around. No one cared that I wasn’t the one transitioning. All they saw was that my dad was now a lady and they treated me like an outcast. I lost friends, had to switch schools, and my mental health took a nosedive.

Last week, Lisa was talking about how happy she finally was, how she felt free. I just snapped. I told her that she was selfish, that she ruined my life, and that because of her, I had no peace. She started crying and left the room. My mom and sister blew up on me, saying I was cruel and ungrateful.

But I feel like I never had a choice. I had to suffer because of a decision that wasn’t mine. Everyone is telling me I was out of line, but honestly, I think Lisa was the one who never considered how this would affect me.

AITA?
