“Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank.” – Proverbs 22:29

Promotion isn’t about popularity—it’s about preparation. God sees how you handle what others overlook. Excellence in the quiet places leads to elevation in public spaces.
Today, you’re reminded that your skill is a gift—but refinement is your responsibility. Show up with integrity. Master your craft. Don't rush visibility. Kings take notice of consistency.
You may feel unseen right now, but heaven keeps perfect records. The workplace, the business, the side hustle—it’s all training ground. You don’t need a title to walk in purpose. Your excellence is the evidence.
Be faithful where you are, and God will position you where you’re meant to be.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to honour You in my work. Train my hands for excellence and my heart for humility. Let everything I do reflect Your glory. Keep me focused, diligent, and trustworthy—even when no one is watching. Prepare me for promotion by developing my character in private. In Jesus’ name, amen.
