Megà Butter is a multipurpose hair fertiliser. It is packed with nutrient rich, unrefined ingredients and essential oils that provide your hair and sclap with the 'food' it needs to grow strong and healthy. However, it can also be used for the purposes below.

For blowdrying and Silk Press:

Thick and dense hair can be a struggle to blowdry and a nightmare to Silk Press. Warm up Megà in your hands by rubbing it together and apply it directly to freshly washed hair. Add more as needed to get the straightest blowdry and Silk Press without the limpness grease and oils can cause.

Braiding Butter:

If you are a braided babe like me, you must have experieneced dryness when removing the kanekalon braiding hair. The synthetic materials and daily rubbing on clothes, covers and pillow cases cause split and brittle ends. Ask your stylist (or yourself if you do your own hair) to add Megà Butter down the shaft of your hair as they begin to cornrow each parted section. Don't be sparing with it! When you take down your braids you will find that your hair is slightly straightened through the stretching braiding causes and it will be super moisturised. You may even want to wear it like that, a super old braid out, your hair will feel that good (but please make sure you wash your scalp if it is dirty).

Strand Smoother:

Remoisturise hair in between styles by warming Méga Butter in your hands. Section hair and ensure it is detangled. Apply it directly to the length of your hair in a downward motion. Remoisture at least once a week to retain length and avoid dry and brittle ends.
Hair care is not a one-size fits all. It may work for your mada and farda and not for you! And that's ok. What your job is, is to know your hair. Research the ingredients. Test products for a month or two by putting your other products aside so you can truly track your hair's progress.

Take pictures and keep a hair journal. Oh, you can't be bothered? Sorry sis, you are lazy, your body is a beautiful temple, and a gift to your husband (whether you are married yet or not).

If you are a brother, let me let you in on a secret, women like men with beards. Use Megà Butter on your beard after washing it. Massage it into your hair, not only will it smell delicious, but your beard will bounce back from a bad trim you can't blame on your barber (=

I have to be totally honest with you simply because truth is life! Méga Butter works for me and the majority of my clients, however, some have not had a huge amount of success with it. Clients with fine chemically treated hair, who prefer to wear their hair in straight styles, found it to be too heavy for their hair, resulting in it needing to be washed more regularly.

Be consistent! Use Méga Butter for at least 6 weeks, at least once a week on the length of your hair for length retention.
