“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” – Proverbs 16:3 (NIV)

Your career is not separate from your calling—it’s a part of it. Too often, we strive, stress, and stretch ourselves thin trying to "make it," while forgetting that true success is established by God, not by hustle alone.
Today’s wisdom is this: don’t just chase opportunity—commit it to the Lord.
Before the email, the meeting, or the business plan, ask: Is this aligned with Your will, Lord?
When you surrender your work to God, you shift from self-reliance to divine backing. He doesn’t just bless what looks good—He blesses what’s surrendered.
There’s a difference between being busy and being built. One wears you out. The other sets you up.
You don’t have to know every detail—commit your ideas, your time, your effort, and your vision to the Lord. He will make your plans stand when the pressure comes. He will open the doors no man can shut.
Prayer:
Lord, I surrender my work and career into Your hands. Establish my plans, remove distractions, and give me favour in every assignment You’ve ordained. Teach me to move by faith, not by fear. Align my work with Your will, and make me a light in every place You send me.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
